Reiki Sound Bath, Cold Plunge & Sauna

Join us for an afternoon treating everything Mind, Body, and Soul at REKUP Wellness. We'll start with a wonderful Reiki infused Sound Bath and end with a Cold Plunge and Sauna session to fully revitalize your system and have you leaving energized, rejuvenated and ready to tackle the upcoming week!

*Please make sure to bring a mat, eye mask, pillow, blanket, swimsuit and towel!

The room will be available for you to set up 10 minutes before we start. We will begin at 1pm sharp.
