Reiki Sound Bath, Cold Plunge & Sauna

Join us for an afternoon treating everything Mind, Body, and Soul at REKUP Wellness. We'll start with a wonderful Reiki infused Sound Bath and end with a Cold Plunge and Sauna session to fully revitalize your system and have you leaving energized, rejuvenated and ready to tackle the upcoming week!

*Please make sure to bring a mat, eye mask, pillow, blanket, swimsuit and towel!

The room will be available for you to set up 10 minutes before we start. We will begin at 1pm sharp.

Group Reiki Sound Bath @ Synchronicities

Join us for a night unwinding and relaxation with the healing vibrations of a Reiki infused sound bath at the beautiful Synchronicities Wellness Studio.

*Please make sure to bring a mat, eye mask, pillow and blanket to make yourself more comfortable.

The room will be available for you to set up 10 minutes before we start. We will begin at 7pm sharp.

Feel free to come early and utilize their beautiful Selenite room or Salt Cave before our session.
